Shipping policy

When will my order arrive?

Please allow up to 7-10 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. Our production office is closed on weekends and holidays, and orders are only processed on weekdays. Our customer service hours are 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.

Time in transit does not include processing time. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS standard shipping. Shipping times are 3-5 days but are subject to postal carrier timing.
